Now when I read that I was going to basically be reviewing the soundtrack to a Bollywood film, I was concerned. Not gonna lie, I didn't have the highest of hopes.
But this had to be the most random and adorable album I've heard in a while. The more traditional sounding Indian music section had me tapping my foot and maybe wanting to dance around. But then they get all kinds of American on us and start to cha cha. Oh yeah...it gets freaky.
Overall this album was nothing but interesting. I'm not going to pretend like I'm an expert at Bollywood music, but this was a very fun foray into a new territory. Tons of fun and a great change of pace. 4.5 stars.
